TAG's 'swap out' service ensures that your critical business
applications will never need to suffer through hardware
failure. In the unlikely event of an hardware item causing a
problem, a replacement will be despatched within 8 working
hours of notification. TAGgnet servers are always supplied
with Hewlett Packard's on-site service, so if a fault occurs
with a server please contact us to arrange a visit by an HP
engineer.
