1. Be sure you're up to date! Customers can download updates to most products in the UPDATES SECTION. Be sure to check here first for a possible fix.

2. Post your questions and comments to us by email on
support@tagsoft.com specifying a brief description of your problem, and we will endeavour to respond within 4 hours of receipt of the email. GOT A PROBLEM WITH OUR HARDWARE?

TAG's 'swap out' service ensures that your critical business applications will never need to suffer through hardware failure. In the unlikely event of an hardware item causing a problem, a replacement will be despatched within 8 working hours of notification. TAGgnet servers are always supplied with Hewlett Packard's on-site service, so if a fault occurs with a server please contact us to arrange a visit by an HP engineer.
