What our TAG HP3000 software does.
TAG messaging software for the trusty HP3000 can improve the manner in which your company transmits documents, & save your company considerable sums of money. If you normally send out 2000+ statements each month from ManMan - instead of printing 2000 statements, & posting them or manually faxing them, you could use TAG software to do all the work. Lots of companies already do!
For example, TAGfax and TAGsmtp can intelligently dissect runs of 2000+ statements into individual messages. Then software sends each one to fax, email or print destinations - found in each document's text, or if unavailable, it uses a code such as customer no. with a lookup procedure into your Image databases, to see where to send each document to.
