FSA’s New Call Recording Regulation for UK Companies

During their peak periods they receive lots of telephone calls from customers who request a delivery date for their orders. Magic Aire chose TAGspeakIT to alleviate the volume of order status calls from customers, through an automated inquiry system linked to their MANMAN system.
