1983: TAG was created in 1983, to develop programs for the HP3000 mini computer range
from Hewlett-
1989: TAG developed TAGfax, the only host based faxing package in the world, which operates on any HP3000 computer.
1990: TAG developed TAGsmtp in 1990, to convert any documents such as purchase orders to PDFs documents to be emailed.
1994: We launched TAGmessenger, a Windows based document distribution server solution that can fax, email PDF copies or print any company document to a networked printer.
2005: TAGjuggler was originally written for a major bank, in 2005, to control and link access to mainframe data with call data obtained with an Avaya dialler. We devised a scripting and control language, based upon Vlterm from Avaya. It is now used by several companies including Argos to reduce the possibility of miss selling in their call centres.
2007: In 2006 we were launched TAGspeakIT -
2008: In our 25th year in business TAGrecorder was launched to record telephone calls securely and allow remote playback. It is primarily aimed at businesses requiring financial accountability and regulatory compliance, dispute resolution and performance enhancement such as call centres, legal departments, customer services and government departments... or indeed anyone involved in financial transactions.
